As the learning landscape continues to evolve, it falls upon Talent Development professionals to identify new ways to supplement those tried and true learning measures. Enter game based learning! An effective method for creating an environment for effective peer to peer coaching and role play, designing skill practice through game play allows TD professionals the ability to work around workplace apathy towards consistent coaching.

Join us as we learn the necessary framework for how to design a learning based game and you'll leave with a framework in place for your own game!
